I only have a small company, can I
really afford a fancy video?
There are corporate video production companies to cater for
businesses of all sizes. As long as your video has a clear
message, clear picture and clear audio it will be a benefit
to your company, and corporate video companies will always
work with your company to create a tailor made solution for
your specific needs.
What type of video format should I use for my project?
Obviously, the higher standard video formats are more expensive,
so a small 2 or 3 person company may not be able to budget
for these high definition video formats, for more information
on video formats see video
formats.
Below we have created the following guidelines
to help you decide the correct format for your project.
Broadcast format
Broadcast format is not just used for projects that are to
be broadcast, as the name suggests. Although anything that
is to be broadcast must be on broadcast standard format, it
is also the standard for any project which is for sale to
the public. This format is also recommended for corporate
projects that will be shown to the public, for example sales
presentations and product demonstrations, corporate image
pieces, tradeshow videos and advertisements.
Industrial format
Industrial format is used for a large portion of the corporate
video projects that stay in house, it is generally used when
a higher quality than the consumer formats are needed, but
without the expense and requirements of broadcast format.
Industrial format is generally used for projects such as training
videos, safety videos and conference and exhibition reports.
Consumer Format
Personal projects, Home Videos etc.
